Cranberry Ridge: An Affordable Housing Win

Just over a year ago, we shared with you that construction on Cranberry Ridge had begun

The affordable housing development entailed more than five years of persistence and community support to complete.

And now, with 45 units for families to call home, the development is Interfaith’s 10th Neighborhood Program location with on-site services.

Our on-site staff help equip residents for ongoing stability with services that focus on housing and family support, youth program access and community connections. Whatever the barrier underemployment, transportation, child care, food insecurity we meet people where they are in their journey, right where they live.

(Learn more about Cranberry Ridge and how Interfaith supports 900+ residents across our Neighborhood Program sites here: More Than a Home - a Neighborhood.)

When basic needs are met and individuals and families are equipped for ongoing stability, we are all strengthened.

This place we call home is a little more vibrant. And we’re one step closer to a community where all sectors and systems work together for the good of all.

This work is possible because of you, our amazing community. Let’s continue taking care of one another.

Your Executive Director,

Kevin Ward

Helping Families Create A Fresh Start

In May, members of Wayzata Community Church collected and delivered household essentials for the 45 families at Cranberry Ridge. Thank you to George, John (pictured below) and everyone else at WCC who helped make this warm welcome possible!
