The community responds: 2021 Sleep Out raises more than ever before

Thank you! This community has surpassed the $3 million Sleep Out goal! Interfaith Outreach’s Sleep Out ended on Dec. 31 and the community (you) stepped up to the challenge once again and gave generously.

Because of you, families have case managers they can count on, rent assistance when they need it, healthy food on their tables and so much more.

Watch now: "Housing, Homelessness & Mental Health"

The Sleep Out also included a community conversation, "Housing, Homelessness & Mental Health," which explored how poverty, affordable housing and mental health are often interconnected.

Speakers Debi Fink, LGSW, Interfaith’s Caring for Kids Associate Program Manager, and Steve Carlson, PsyD, from the Minnesota Center for Chemical and Mental Health, discuss the impact of housing instability and homelessness on the mental health of youth and adults.

Strengthening our attitude of gratitude

Happy New Year and thank you for an amazingly successful Sleep Out season and for the gift of getting to know you better during my first year as Interfaith's Executive Director.

With the new year comes new opportunities for connection, learning and becoming the best we can be. As we say “goodbye” to 2021, let’s strengthen our attitude of gratitude and get even clearer about the positive change we can make in our community, together. Read more here.
